About Us

Pawlet, VT Roof Inspection offers roof inspection and roof certification in Pawlet, VT, Vermont. Vermont roofs carry heavy snow and see ice dams every winter. Metal roofs are common because they shed snow, and western Vermont's Slate Valley means many older homes have slate that can outlast its nails and flashing.

Older farmhouses and capes often have poor attic ventilation. Our roof inspection checks slate and metal condition, snow guards, chimney flashing, ice dam damage at eaves and frost in the attic. We also provide pre-purchase roof inspection, drone roof inspection and roof leak diagnosis in Vermont.
